Saying “NO!” to rezoning will protect Colleyville’s Cross Timbers forest.

You simply can’t replace mature trees. So, say “NO!”

“NO!” tree loss!

Say no to the loss of the irreplaceable Cross Timbers forest mature Heritage Oak and Pine trees.

“NO!” to destroying habitat!

Say no to destroying wildlife habitat and displacing bobcats, innumerable snakes, and many bird species.

“NO!” to drainage problems!

Say no to creating and compounding issues with drainage, water run-off, erosion, and flooding problems.

“NO!” increased traffic!

Another neighborhood with a nearby exit into an already congested intersection with impaired visibility and school zones only increases safety concerns.

“NO!” exceptions. “NO!” deals. “NO!” variance.

At the very least, citizens expect the City to strictly enforce its tree ordinance. Furthermore, elected city leaders must think more broadly about honoring the vision, and goals of the City’s Master Plan and remember the campaign promises made to about being stewards of our community’s character, heritage, and legacy. Keep Colleyville, Colleyville. County feel, large lots, green space, and large, mature trees.

Our Heritage is Much More Important than More Revenue!

Colleyville is rich! The city of Colleyville maintains a healthy fiscal balance, with funding to build manicured gateways with towers (natural greenspace gateways say “Colleyville” much better), send out gift cards, and purchase a future rec center.
